It also serves as a strong conference facility with a multimedia LED screen suitable for standard presentations. The space is positioned to give every audience a spectacular experience, supported by intelligent lighting systems designed to meet professional event needs.

The Arena is available for professional productions, concerts, corporate events, launches, conferences, screenings, and cultural showcases.
Full arena space for stage performances, events, concerts, presentations, and productions.
Private VIP lounge access for premium guest hosting and exclusive event experiences.
Full day setup and rehearsal access a day before the event.
Conditions For The Use Of The Arena
Full day setup and rehearsal a day before the event attracts a fee of ₦3,000,000.00.
All equipment in the Arena must be operated by Terra Kulture technicians. Third parties are not allowed to operate Terra Kulture equipment.
Equipment required by clients but not available at the Arena must be hired through Terra Kulture from accredited suppliers.
Full payment of the invoice must be made before access is allowed. There will be no access into the theatre without full payment.
All food and drinks must be bought from Terra Kulture. External vendors are not allowed except where negotiated.
Terra Kulture will provide concession stands for relevant events. Corkage fee is ₦1,500,000.00 where applicable.
